I had a delightful stay at Grand Elevation Hotel during Christmas. the room was cozy, with premium bedding and a comfy bed. the staff were attentive and spoke great English, making me feel welcome. the location near AEON Mall was convenient for shopping and exploring the city. The hotel offers a range of amenities such as a 24-hour front desk, free WiFi, and a shared lounge. the spa, Spring Massage, was a highlight where I indulged in a relaxing Thai massage. the welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch, setting the tone for a pleasant stay. My companions and I enjoyed the in-house restaurant's Asian and American dishes, with dairy-free options available. the room had all the necessary amenities like air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with slippers and a hairdryer. Overall, Grand Elevation Hotel provided a comfortable and convenient base to explore Phnom Penh. I would definitely recommend it to fellow travelers seeking a relaxing and well-appointed stay in the city.
